Shipment Bulletin

The Wuhu Meizhi [Phase III] painting line equipment project and Meizhou GAC Car Stabilizer Bar Spraying Line project, both undertaken by TIMS Group, were successively shipped from August 16th to 17th, 2019.

Product Introductions

① Filter Box

Description: This is a new-type water-blowing device for painting lines, comprising an air box, air inlet, fan, air filtration device, air return inlet, air outlet, air duct, air volume regulating valve, movable air knife, and vertical air duct. The air inlet and outlet are respectively located at the top and bottom of the air box; the fan, air filter, and air return inlet are installed in the upper part of the air box. The air intake end of the fan is connected to the air filter and air return inlet via an air duct. The vertical air duct is set at the bottom of the air box, with multiple air outlets equipped with movable air knives. Additionally, the device includes a controller connected to the movable air knife to adjust its back-and-forth swing. The air filter is a bag-type gas filtration device ventilated with the workshop atmosphere.

② U-shaped Pipe Clamp

Description: U-shaped pipe clamps are commonly used pipe fittings in installations to secure pipelines, characterized by high density.

Installation Procedure: Assembled on welded plates. Before installation, mark the fixing points to determine the clamp direction accurately. Avoid direct welding on the base plate with clamps already installed.

Application: Primarily used for ground fixing of pipelines.

③ PP Grating Plate

Description: PP grating plates feature long service life, low cost, and high safety reliability. Mainly used for walkways inside sheds. In environments with corrosive liquids or gases, metal components corrode rapidly even with anti-corrosion coatings, leading to poor production conditions and safety hazards. Using PP grating plates in these areas achieves excellent corrosion resistance.

④ Heat Exchange Coil

Description: Heat exchange coil equipment is mainly used for commercial and industrial heat exchange, supporting heat exchangers for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment manufacturers. Our products include steam coils, liquid coils, evaporators, and condensers, all customizable to customer requirements, with flexible manufacturing processes giving them a market edge.

⑤ Water Collection Trough and Air Duct

Application: Water collection troughs are installed in dripping areas to channel all water into the trough, preventing floor water accumulation. Air ducts are pipe systems for air transportation and distribution, categorized by cross-sectional shape and material (e.g., composite ducts, inorganic ducts). Our company produces rectangular air ducts, with seams (e.g., lock seams, rivet seams, flange corners) sealed with neutral silicone sealant after cleaning surface dust and oil.

⑥ Cable Trough

Description: Cable troughs are electrical tools used to organize power cables, data cables, and other wires, fixed on walls or ceilings for neat management.

⑦ Rock Wool

Application: Rock wool is widely used for exterior wall insulation in construction, offering energy efficiency, environmental protection, fire resistance, and sound insulation.

Loading Process

The scorching sun on August 16th and the wind and rain on August 17th did not hinder the workers from completing the loading. Their dedication ensured the timely shipment of all projects.
